SNIP Accomplishments

Most impressive is the dramatic decrease in cat intake and euthansia at the Humane Society of Ochocos, Prineville's animal shelter, since SNIP began operating.  HSO is now a No-Kill shelter.

The impact on dogs is less clear.  Although euthansia has decreased at HSO, intake has gone up.

Here's a graph showing a less dramatic, but still noticable, effect on neighboring shelters in Redmond and Bend, also graphing the number of cat s/ns done
